By 2004, Ca$his was regarded as the rap king of Orange County. He made his first solo release, an eight-track EP called The County Hound, which peaked at number 106 on the US Billboard 200 and the top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums charts. The album featured Eminem and Sha Money XL, and received mixed reviews from music critics. He later released a studio album tentatively titled ‘Loose Cannon’ with Eminem, Sha Money XL, and Dr. Dre.
